The Myoko Kogen region is ever growing in popularity with foreign investment coming into the area in droves. Plans to revitalise the neighboring Suginohara ski resort have been announced with phase one of development plans due to break ground in Spring of 2026.

This property is located just a short drive to all summer activities including golf courses, Lake Nojiri, Togaskushi and the bustling Nagano City among a host of other destinations. Also, just a 35 minute drive via the highway to either the Joetsu Myoko or Iiyama Shinkansen Stations which will get you to Tokyo in 1 hour and 40 minutes. Alternatively the Myoko Kogen train station is just a 7 minute drive away which leads directly to the Nagano and Joetsu Myoko Shinkansen train stations.
